What makes Skipping Rock different?
PROVEN
With over four decades’ experience of leading, advising, and building capacity in nonprofits, we bring a track record of helping organizations turn vision into sustainable, real-world impact. We’ve raised millions of dollars for critical missions.
COLLABORATIVE
We're not into canned solutions - we listen deeply, ask the right questions, and work alongside you to co-create strategies that fit your mission and reality.
ALLY
We care as much about your success as you do - we show up, stick with you, and help you build the confidence and tools to thrive long after our work ends. Our clients know we're in their corner, not just for today’s challenges, but for their future.
JUSTICE
We're driven by a commitment to fairness and equity, always working to amplify voices, challenge barriers, and support organization that make the world more just. We want to help clients stay mission-focused while navigating complex challenges and opportunities.
TRUST
We believe meaningful change only happens when trust is at the foundation. We build honest, respectful relationships with clients and communities - showing up with integrity, transparency - every time.
COMMUNITY
We see our work as part of something larger - a shared effort to strengthen our communities and the people in them. We value connection, collaboration, and the kind of collective power that helps organizations and individuals thrive - together.
Family
Family shapes how we lead, serve, and connect. We believe in showing up with loyalty, care, and presence - for our loved ones, for our clients, and for the communities we build together. Our work reflects that same commitment: to nurture, protect, and help others grow strong and resilient.
