Jen has over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development.
She’s led from every seat at the table: executive director, board chair, fundraiser, policy advocate, and team builder.
As a lifelong learner and process nerd, Jen is equal parts strategist and implementer.
She’s known for designing custom solutions grounded in real-world constraints - and for actually sticking around to help bring them to life.
